I replied that I had received a card for a free room, again rudely stated he could only give me the room at 149 dollars and asked (exact words) You want the room at this price or not? I said no and he just hung up. He put me on hold for a few minutes and then got back on the line telling me the best he could do was give me a room for 149 dollars. He asked for my players card number and I gave it to him. A man got on the line, and was pretty rude when I tried to explain to him that I was calling to reserve a FREE room because I had received the card in the mail.
I called to reserve a free night and I was told that because I had a Sapphire card I would have reserve my room through VIP services, and they had plenty of rooms for the date I wanted. I received a card in the mail stating that I had 2 free nights to stay in the hotel.
